All services are subject to availability and project scope agreements.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary if:

  • Project scope changes
  • Unforeseen issues are discovered during work
  • Additional materials or labor are required
  • Client requests modifications

We will notify you of any significant cost changes before proceeding with additional work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract
  • Typical payment structure: deposit upon contract signing, progress payments, and final payment upon completion
  • Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract

4. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Material availability
  • Unforeseen site conditions
  • Changes requested by the client
  • Circumstances beyond our control

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your project.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the project
  • Ensure site access during agreed working hours
  • Obtain necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Make timely payments according to the contract
  • Communicate changes or concerns promptly
  • Ensure the work area is clear and accessible

6. Warranty

7. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on:

  • Work already completed
  • Materials purchased
  • Subcontractor commitments made
  • Schedule adjustments required

8. Liability and Insurance

Maverick North Construction LTD carries appropriate liability insurance. We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items not properly stored or protected by the client
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during the quote process
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Issues arising from client-supplied materials or specifications

9. Change Orders

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in a written change order and signed by both parties. Additional charges may apply to change orders.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled according to the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Safety

We maintain strict safety standards on all job sites. Clients and visitors must:

  • Follow safety instructions provided by our team
  • Stay clear of active work areas
  • Not interfere with tools or equipment
  • Wear appropriate safety gear when on-site

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and proprietary methods used by Maverick North Construction LTD remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
